The Elite Prospects Cup Series (EPCS) was established in 2022 by Elite Prospects, in partnership with SuperSeries Hockey. The EPCS was formed to provide participating teams and players with a unique and memorable experience, including:
- Increased marketability and exposure via online promotion and social media
- Build and implement a unique and positive experience via quality of competition, organization and structure, and through branded partnerships and on-site vendors/sponsors
- Assist, indirectly, in the development and growth of the participants through educational instruction and support
- Provide an additional scouting and recruiting opportunity for junior-level and college hockey coaches, scouts, and recruiters
