SuperSeries Hockey and EES:

EPCS:

  • Please visit epcs.regystra.com and fill out the form for the event you are interested in.

Each team, regardless of event or age, must be ready to play at 7:30 a.m. local time on the first scheduled day. Games are scheduled to be completed by 4 p.m. local time on the final day.

  • NOTE: These time guidelines are to be used for purposes of booking travel.

Each event has the scheduled dates of play on the individual website.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is due within 30 days of registration and acceptance to an event. Full payment is due 75 days prior to the event start date. Teams that are not paid in full at least 60 days prior to the start date will be removed from the event.

NOTE: any team that pays in full at least 90 days prior to a scheduled SuperSeries Hockey or Elite Prospects Cup Series event start date will receive a $100 discount.  This discount does not include THF-scheduled events.

Payments are made electronically through the team portal or via check. An email with a payment invoice and instructions will be sent to the individual who registered the team.

NOTE: Mailed check payments must be received prior to the 60-day deadline, made payable to SuperSeriesAAA, LLC, and include the invoice # in the memo line

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. If an event is “sold out” then a refund will not be processed to any team that withdraws at any time. If your team withdraws from an event with more than 60 days of the event start date, your team will be refunded minus the deposit and any processing fees. If your team withdraws 30-60 days before an event starts, the team will receive a credit (minus the non-refundable deposit and any processing fees) for another SuperSeries Hockey event. If your team withdraws less than 30 days before the event starts, the team forfeits the full cost of the event.

Yes. All SuperSeriesAAA Hockey, Exposure Series, THF, and Elite Prospects Cup Series events are stay-to-play. Any team outside an 80-mile radius of the event is required to stay in a SuperSeries Hockey-designated hotel for the duration of the event. Violation of this policy will result in the removal of the team from the event.

EPCS: For any team with less than 70% of their registered team roster not booked in the designated hotel, the EPCS reserves the right to charge a $ 1,500 fee.

What if my team is local?
If your team is within an 80-mile radius of an event, you are not required to stay in a hotel. However, if you have players with a further drive and would like to secure a hotel reservation to reduce travel, those reservations must be made through SuperSeries Hockey. Please email info@superserieshockey.com to secure a smaller block of rooms for your local team.

Will the team receive a complimentary room? One complimentary room is provided for each night a team has 16 paid rooms within the booking group.

Complimentary rooms are awarded on a per-night pick-up basis. Bookings must be completed through the team group block. Please note that rooms booked using hotel points or discount travel sites (e.g., Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) will not be credited to your team block. Please make sure all coach reservations are made prior to the cut-off date.

NOTE: All hotels work to keep your team as close together as possible. However, please understand that special requests and rooming list changes may cause your block to separate.

  • Scheduling requests are not guaranteed.
  • Requests must be submitted 6 weeks before the event start date.
  • Requests must come from a team manager or coach. A scheduling request form can be obtained by emailing info@superserieshockey.com

NOTE: Requests to play later than the 8 a.m. start time of the event will not be considered unless a team has a 2-hour or more time difference.

Please let us know upon registration if you have a head coach of more than one team attending the same event. Not all requests can be accommodated but we will try our best. Requests must come from a team manager or coach.

A scheduling request form can be obtained by emailing info@superserieshockey.com.

Fall/Winter Events: YES. SuperSeries must be in receipt of an approved certified USA Hockey roster or registered Hockey Canada roster at least 10 days prior to the start date of the event. Teams will not be permitted to step onto the ice without receipt of this documentation.

Spring/Summer Events: No. However, a list of participating players with jersey numbers must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the start of the event.

If you are crossing a border: Yes, teams must have proper travel permits.

A copy of travel documents must be submitted to SuperSeries at least 10 days prior to the start of the event.

Schedules will be released 7-10 days before the event start date. Schedules will distributed to the team contact(s) listed at registration as well as posted on the event website.

Rinks, including addresses, will be available on the event website in the Rinks tab. In addition, the rink of each game will be indicated on the event schedule.

Many of our events use electronic game sheets. Please check the emailed schedule to confirm if the event is using electronic or paper game sheets.

When paper scoring is used, we require at least three (3) stickers/roster labels per game.  For example, if you are scheduled for five (5) games then a total of fifteen (15) stickers are recommended.  Regardless of the scoring method, we do recommend bringing stickers/roster labels to each event.

Fall/Winter Events: Yes. All players participating in the event are required to wear a colored-non clear mouth guard (Rule 304F)  The only exceptions are squirt-age players and Canadian teams who do not wear mouthguards in regular league games.

Spring/Summer Events: No. The wearing of mouthguards is not enforced but highly recommended.
